IT Managed Service needs change over time, depending on what your company is trying to accomplish. At some points during an account’s lifecycle, some skillsets are more important than others at times. For example, if a system refresh is in order, the need for a high-level engineer is essential whereas those skills aren’t necessary on a daily basis.
Using an active client as an example, we found that skill diversity is essential for maintaining their systems. However, the skillsets needed in a normal work month vary widely with a limited ability to forecast when and how they are needed.
