Lacey Thacker Joins Software Development Unit
LLittle Rock, AR) – (Oct. 17, 2023) – Mainstream Technologies is pleased to announce the hiring of Lacey Thacker as Technical Writer. Her responsibilities will include creating user manuals for software clients and general documentation of processes, as well as internal projects such as reference guides and staff newsletters.
Lacey provided freelance technical writing for six years and worked as a Technical Content Specialist at Specops; marketing writer for Newfangled, and as an Implementation Specialist for Apptegy. She has a Bachelor of Arts in English from AR Tech and a Master of Arts in Professional and Technical Writing from UALR. In her spare time, she has co-authored two books on the food movement in Central Arkansas and enjoys spending time in her garden.
