Features

Local Retention (Base Plan)

Hourly – 1 backup per hour (Monday – Saturday, 8am to 7pm) kept for 7 days
Daily – 1 backup per day kept for 7 days
Weekly – 1 backup per week kept for 1 month
Monthly – 1 backup per month kept for 1 year
Annually – 1 backup per year kept for 1 year

Offsite Retention (Base Plan)

Daily – 1 backup per day kept for 7 days
Weekly – 1 backup per week kept for 1 month
Monthly – 1 backup per month kept for 3 months

Data Recovery

Mainstream will assist the client in the event of a failure. Recovery options are outlined below:

1. File/Folder or email level loss of data

Data can be recovered remotely via our Help Desk. This service is included in the monthly fee.

2. Complete Local Server Software or Hardware Failure

Should your server operating system software or hardware failure resulting in the requirement to re-install or rebuild the server, there are three options available. This service is billable.

3. Disaster Recovery from Cloud

Should your IT Assets no longer be available there are two options.  This service and all Third-party cloud fees are billable.
