Mainstream Technologies is always interested in developing relationships with other firms.  Those relationships can take various forms but our ultimate qualifier is "Will this be of value to our clients?"  Sometimes our clients evolve into very solid partnerships.

Reseller Partnerships

On a number of occasions Mainstream has developed software for a client because they are unable to accomplish their needs with off-the-shelf software.  Once we have collaboratively worked to meet the unique needs of their company and industry, and have developed the solution, our clients frequently recognize a greater value of the solution: if it uniquely meets their needs, other similar businesses would also be interested.

Mainstream's role in this type of partnership becomes one of support.  That may mean that as additional businesses begin to utilize the solution, we personalize it to that company.  Or that may mean that Mainstream hosts the solution in our Data Center for those additional businesses.  And typically we continue to provide additional capabilities to our Reseller Partner's offering as needs change and features are identified.

Referral Partnerships

Mainstream frequently partners with firms in similar industries with little to no overlap of offerings.  As Mainstream does not directly sell hardware or packaged software, we partner with those reputable firms and manufacturers that are in that business.  While Mainstream refuses financial remuneration from these relationships, we do expect preferential service and pricing for our clients.

On the flip side, sometimes we partner with firms that have the potential for making referrals to us.
