The UCS is a rigorous audit and certification process, specifically designed to provide clients seeking cloud and managed services the assurance that the provider they select meets the highest standards of the industry.

Mainstream is the first service provider in the world to receive certification under this new set of standards.

What Is the UCS Process?

UCS certification is based on a wide range of criteria used to benchmark IT solution providers. An independent auditor examines a company's practices and procedures to verify that they meet or exceed standards for:

  • Physical & Virtual Security
  • Business & Financial stability
  • The company has taken reasonable steps to assure that the client's IT needs will be safely and professionally addressed
  • The company is under constant external review from the MSPAlliance and the IT profession to continually maintain and improve standards of care of excellence
